| The safety operation of flood discharge gate has great significance for dam safety and flood control security of the hydropower station.The subjects start from improving the reliability of opening and closing and speed of the lifting work,based on PLC control technology,carry out the following research questions.First,through the analysis of the current situation of the sluice gate control of hydropower station,the control system of small and medium hydropower station in the feasibility of the control scheme,and the hydropower station discharge gate process analysis and modeling of mechanics,provide a reliable basis for the sluice gate lifting speed control.Second,based on the general requirements of the sluice gate station control analysis and industry specifications for hydropower station,sluice gate remote and local control system configuration of hydropower,hydropower station sluice gate control system design.Third,the PID control method is applied to the sluice gate control system,combined with the discharge gate process model,put forward a set of scientific and reasonable control strategy in the gate.Forth,to carry out the design of hydropower station gate control system of hardware and software of flood discharge.According to the overall design of the system control of sluice gate of hydropower station,select the appropriate gate opening device,water level monitor and S7-200 type of PLC,set up local control unit of hardware circuit,and the software design of the.Fifth,to carry out the simulation of hydropower station local control system of flood gate.The use of MATLAB to establish the control system simulation model,through the analysis of simulation results,prove that the designed control system of flood gate station based on PLC in hydropower is feasible,especially in the study of the lifting speed on the gate,than the previous uniform lifting gate not only in time shortened but also increase obviously in flood discharge,which is to enhance the capacity of flood discharge station has a certain significance for hydropower. |
