Electric energy is closely related to the overall and coordinated development of national economy and society,and the power grid is the carrier of the development of electric energy,and plays an important role in the transmission of electric energy.In recent years,the development level of urban and rural power grids in China has been continuously improving,but some areas are still facing a series of problems,such as low overall equipment level,low security and reliability,and low level of intelligence,which restrict the further development of power grids and economy and society.Based on the analysis of the development level of regional power grid and economy and society,this paper establishes the diagnosis system of regional power grid development through relevant indicators.Taking SQ area as an example,this paper deeply analyses the development level of local power grid,establishes a suitable diagnosis system,and obtains the diagnosis results by applying the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,so as to realize the classification and quantification of the development level of SQ city power grid.Firstly,based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of the diagnosis of regional power grid development and the construction principle of the diagnosis system of regional power grid development,this paper constructs the diagnosis index system of regional power grid development level from three dimensions: coordination of power grid development,security and quality of power grid development,benefit and efficiency of power grid development,and gives the calculation method of the index.The characteristics of commonly used index analysis methods are analyzed.Furthermore,a comprehensive diagnosis model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is established.The final diagnosis results are obtained by weighting index weights and grading of three-level indicators step by step,and the classification and quantification of regional power grid development level are realized.Then,taking SQ city as an example,combined with the objective reality of power grid development from 2010 to 2017,using the model of regional power grid development level constructed in this paper,31 third-level indicators and 8 second-level indicators of SQ city power grid are analyzed,and the correctness and rationality of the model and method are verified.The results show that the overall level of power grid development in this area is good,the capacity-load ratio of power grid and the level of Smart Substation need to be improved,and the efficiency and efficiency of power grid development need to be further improved.Finally,according to the diagnosis results of power grid development,combined with the actual situation of SQ city,specific measures are given in three aspects: coordination of power grid development,security and quality of power grid development,and benefit of power grid development,so as to improve the level of power grid development.It will provide guidance for the future development of SQ power grid and provide basis for the more reasonable arrangement of investment projects in SQ area.
