The citation relation between the hydrogen industry standards reflects the relation between the standards.Studying the citation relation between the hydrogen industry standards has a positive role in promoting the development of higher quality standards in the hydrogen industry.With the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry,the standardization of the hydrogen energy industry has made great progress.The national standard as an important part of the hydrogen energy industry field standard has gradually increased,and the citation relation between the standards has become more and more.However,current researches mainly focus on the status quo of hydrogen industry standards and the promoting effect of standardization on the development of hydrogen industry.There is a lack of relevant researches on the citation relationship of hydrogen industry standards and a lack of understanding of the structure and key standards of the standard citation network.Based on this,103 current national standards for hydrogen energy industry are taken as research objects,and social network analysis indexes such as component,faction,network density,average distance,directed tripartite spectrum,point degree centrality and intermediate centrality are selected to analyze and evaluate cohesion,connectivity,equilibrium of citation network and centrality of standard.Mining network structure features and key standards have positive significance to the high quality development of national standards for hydrogen energy industry.Due to the complexity of the overall network,in addition to the study of the overall network,the network formed by the standard citation relationship under the three main centralized committees is also studied as a sub-network.The results show that:(1)the cohesiveness of the whole network is better than that of hydrogen standard sub-network,better than that of steam standard sub-network,and better than that of combustion standard sub-network.Small and few faction size and number result in poor cohesiveness of combustion standard sub-network;(2)The connectivity performance of steam standard committee was the best,followed by combustion standard committee,and hydrogen standard committee ranked the third.Weak standard citation connection and long information transmission distance resulted in poor connectivity of the overall citation network.(3)The structure characteristics of the overall citation network are similar to those of the three main sub-networks.The whole network,the hydrogen standard committee and the combustion standard committee more reflect the ability of the standard to fully citation other standards,while the steam standard committee network more reflects the ability of being quoted by other standards,transferring knowledge and controlling the other standards.(4)Basic and safety standards have good centrality and are key standard types in the national standard citation network of hydrogen energy industry.Based on the above findings,combined with the theoretical knowledge of standardization,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to strengthen the standard fusion under the centralized burning standard committee;(2)To review the standards of the hydrogen industry;(3)Accelerating the national standard plan for fuel cell electric vehicles;(4)Focus on the revision of basic and safety standards. |
