In today's increasingly fierce market competition,how to distribute the available resources most reasonably is a problem that every production manager needs to think about.It can be seen that production scheduling plays an important role in enterprise management.However,the actual production environment is not stable,and the actual production process is in a dynamic change.The initial production scheduling scheme is no longer optimal or feasible due to unexpected events,which affects the follow-up implementation of the entire production plan.Production managers must deal with it in time to avoid deviation from the original production plan.This deviation will seriously affect the production plan,and even affect the efficiency and core competitiveness of enterprises.It is necessary to change the original scheme and adopt a new scheme to reduce the negative impact of interference events,so as to restore the system to normal at a minimum cost.However,this change is not a complete overturn of the original plan,but a partial adjustment.The new objective function needs to take into account the original goal,considering cost savings,but often not the most cost-saving plan.The main object of interference management is to deal with the interference events with high probability in a period of time.Machine fault disturbance,as one of the typical disturbance events,exists widely in various production workshops.It is of great significance to study its disturbance management model.This paper mainly considers two typical scheduling problems in production shop,namely Flow Shop scheduling problem and Job Shop scheduling problem,and carries out interference management modeling and solving respectively.Quantify the impact of interference events,and formulate measurement functions according to the actual needs of enterprises.Machine failure is selected as the research object for disturbance events,and the design example is analyzed and studied.In the aspect of algorithm,the improved hybrid algorithm is used to innovate the coding and operation of the algorithm to ensure the diversity of the population without premature convergence and to solve the problem in a relatively short time.At present,the method of disturbance measurement is too single.Minimizing the weighted lag time of the workpiece to be processed is used as the disturbance target in the flow shop model.There is a priority relationship between the multiple objectives of the job shop interference model.Considering the minimum and maximum completion time as the initial objective,the number of deviations of the virtual lagging workpiece is taken as the perturbation objective.The two models are tested by designing different dispatching examples.Job shop scheduling problem is more complex in solving space capacity and process constraints,which is closer to the actual situation than Flow shop scheduling problem.Both of them are the most common job shop scheduling problems,which are of great significance to the comparative study of interference management.They can provide theoretical reference for processing and manufacturing enterprises in the face of unexpected interference incidents.
