Due to the imminent energy shortage problem, and the power cost of the circle-mechanical test-bed is only 10% of it while comparing with the open-mechanical test-bed, so circle-mechanical speed reducer test-bed is widely used. The loader is an important apparatus in the circle-mechanical test-bed. This paper mainly researches the position of the motor and loader, the functional mode analysis of loader, after carefully reading a lot of articles about the state and the abroad of the analysis and power flow and incorporating the characteristics of test loader, in order to complete the minimum of actual generalization cost and the high reliability of loader.1. This paper synthetically introduces the state and the abroad of all kinds of forms and the present research conditions device of speed reducer test and the loader, after choosing the most proper loader, clarifies the direction and the content of research of lesson in the field.2. According to the theory of power flow, the position of the motor and the loader are aimed as study targets, we find that the different arrangement of motor and loader greatly influence the motor's minimal capacity and the loader's minimal loading torque. By certifying the power needed is minimal and the torque is maximal when the motor and loader are put at the end of the power flow.3. In this paper, the three-dimensional software with PROE is used to build model for vane type hydraulic loader. Applied the biggest oil pressure to bolts and keys to check. The result was that they meet the challenge.4. The research of vane type hydraulic loader of FEA is not very more at present, according to the working theory of loader to find key parts, and imports key parts solid model into the FEA software of ANSYS, the finite element analysis model was established successfully. Applied rated oil pressure and the biggest oil pressure to key parts separately and analyses their deforming and stress. The result was that they meet the operating requirements.5. Considered the work environment and rigidity of loader, proceeding modal analysis, and calculating out their natural frequency and dynamic characteristic. Verified the feasibility and reliability of key parts. 6. According to the actual reliability, distributes the reliability of every part of loader with the equalitarian distribution method. Then proceeds appropriate adjustment in accordance with parts actual needs. According to the reliability of the blade shaft to calculate the average radius of it, and found the actual design meet the challenge.This paper completes the pre-treatment work of finite element analysis with Pro/E software and sets FEA modal quickly. It facilitates the analysis of call and saves much time. The research of applying FEA method to loader shortens the design cycle effectively, reduces error of repeated trials and experimental judgement, and improves the efficiency of product development.
