On the basic of analyzing the basic theory of automobile dynamic property test, the paper first selects typical vehicle type such as KingLong XML6402 mini-cargo and CA1050PK2L1A heavy-cargo as experiment vehicle, does some contrast experiments for road -bench driving resistance and coast down distance, the experiment results reveals that there are some difference between the road and bench test. Moreover through analyzing the difference deeply, the paper finds the difference reasons and gives some demands to the bench structure parameters. Next, through analyzing tire pressure the major influencing factor of dynamic test, the rolling resistance of tire is set up, and by using the model the dynamometer exerting power is worked out when using ASM method to measure exhausts property. At last, according to the national standard demands to coast down distance, and the national situation of automobile dynamic property test industry, the bench coast down distance revising model is set up and is proved by Santana sedan.
