N company is a high-tech enterprise established in 2011.Its core technologies are energy storage battery and power field,battery,materials,battery systems,and secondary recycling of battery recycling and other industrial chain R&D and manufacturing capabilities.The company focuses on energy storage systems.The R&D,production and sales of new energy automotive power battery systems are dedicated to providing world-class solutions for new energy applications.According to the new prospectus provided in 2017,the 2017 N company's power battery shipments ranked first in the world.Based on the analysis of the industrial environment and background in which N company is located,this article uses 4R marketing theory as a basis,combines N company's actual situation in China's new energy industry,and uses normative theoretical research method.The company's marketing strategy conducted a comprehensive study and put forward new suggestions on marketing strategies.This article first starts with the industrial environment in which N company is located,elaborates the marketing strategy of N company in the Chinese mainland market,and then uses 4R marketing strategy from association,reaction,relationship and return on the basis of SWOT analysis of company N.From the angle of detailed analysis of N company's current marketing strategy,then from the perspective of 4R N company's marketing strategy to make reasonable recommendations,including(1)establishing integrated marketing strategy,(2)adopting differentiation strategy in pricing,(3)improving brand's influence to terminal customers,and(4)updating service network.Finally,some useful suggestions were put forward in the three aspects of organizational guarantee,resource guarantee,and information assurance to ensure that the relevant marketing strategies based on the 4R theory can be successfully implemented.This article hopes that analyzing the marketing strategy of company N by using 4R marketing theory will not only help company N improve its marketing strategy,but also promote the further development of academic 4R theory.
