The Design Research Of The Railway Idled Space In Chuzhou Dongguan

Industry is an indispensable and important factor of economic development in the course of human historical development.However,in recent years,traditional industrial buildings can no longer meet people's needs because of their own limitations and location problems.A large number of idled and abandoned industrial spaces have appeared in cities and surrounding areas,including many railway stations and bus stations which used to be urban transportation distribution centers.Build.At the same time,its own value as an industrial heritage building began to show,the government and the masses began to attach importance to the protection of industrial heritage,and began to focus on the development of industrial heritage building reuse on the basis of protection.Dongguan District,located in the old urban area of Chuzhou City,is now in a dilemma of development because of its own shortcomings and the current situation of the urban southward moving.Under the background of Chuzhou government's efforts to build the historical block of Dongguan Zunyang,the industrial structure of Dongguan area is facing new adjustment.In line with the enthusiasm for the renewal of traditional traffic industrial heritage,the study and analysis of its region have begun.In the process of research,firstly,through the comparative analysis of relevant concepts,practice process and classical cases,the development context and main reuse modes of railway idled space at home and abroad are studied,which provides abundant theoretical and practieal basis for the future design and practice.Secondly,through the investigation of the current situation of railway idled space in Dongguan area,the paper summarizes its current situation and puts forward the reasons for renewal and feasible analysis.Finally,the paper sets specific function orientation,design scheme,reusing method and effect chart,hoping to realize the value and significance of the sites and buildings in many aspects by insisting on authenticity,continuity,ecology,historical permeability and people-oriented design principle.Meanwhile,it's expected to further activate the regional economic vitality and industrial adjustment of Dongguan.This paper is supposed to provide some basis and reference to the reuse of idled railway spaces in future by the reusing design research of railway idled space,and to make a modest contribution to the protection and renewal of industrial heritage in China.
