With the rapid development of China's economy,energy and environmental issues have become more and more prominent.Biomass energy,a clean energy with wide distribution,has received attention from all walks of life.As an important equipment for processing biomass energy,the biomass compact molding machine can produce solid fuels with features of convenient transportation,extensive trial use,low pollution and high eombustion efficiency.A new type of compact molding machine is in urgent need for the present types have several shortcomings,such as excessive wear,high power loss,short life,strict requirements in assembly and etc.This paper will study on and design a new type of biomass ring die plunger compact forming machine to solve the problems of excessive wear,high power loss and short life through the comparative analysis of three types of dense forming machine.The first part is the design of the new machine.Fuel material,mold and other elements are the main elements that will influence the dense forming which is reflected on production,quality and energy consumption per ton of the molding fuels.Combined with the working principle of the forming machine,the overall plan of the whole machine is constructed,and the layout of key components is determined.The three-phase asynchronous motor with power unit of 55KW and the B3SH4 orthogonal shaft reducer are selected.The conveying device is FT-2500 screw conveyor.According to the overall scheme of the whole machine,structural design is carried out on key components(pressing rolls,forming molds and main shafts),and parameters such as ring mold diameter,mold compression ratio,and pressure roller plunger diameter are determined;The second part is the experiment and exercise of the design.The force analysis and strength check of key components will be used to indicate the design of key components meets the work requirements;The motion interference analysis is carried out,which indicates that the plunger of the pressure roller is uniformly moved periodically during the extrusion molding process,and does not interfere with the ring die.According to the force analysis of the forming die,the mechanical model is constructed to lay the foundation for the simulation analysis;Using the method of finite element analysis,the static analysis of the forming die is carried out,and the selected materials meet the strength requirements and deformation requirements at work;Studying the influence of different taper on the forming die,it is found that the smaller the taper angle,the smaller the deformation and maximum stress value of the die;Through the finite element modal analysis of the pressure roller,the results show that the oscillation frequency of the pressure roller assembly is very different from the first-order natural frequency,and no resonance phenomenon occurs during the actual working process.
