With the transformation of China's energy structure,the status of biomass resources has become increasingly important.Biomass compaction molding equipment is also increasingly perfect.However,for the molding machine equipment,the current level of production integration is low,and the production chain is usually used.Too complicated procedures result in high production costs of biomass molded fuels.Therefore,it is necessary to design an integrated device with low energy consumption,high efficiency,long life,and low wear.This article designs a pick-up-crushing-molding mobile molding machine.The aircraft has the advantages of mobility,flexibility,low energy consumption,and high efficiency.As a key component of the mobile molding machine,the molding machine is the core of this paper.This article,combined with actual production,completes the overall plan for picking up the comminution molding machine.Combined with the single plunger molding experiment,the type,key parameters,and main structural forms of the equipment were determined;the integrated machine frame and molding machine were designed and completed;the static analysis was performed on the integrated machine frame under two working conditions and the vehicle was verified.Shelf reliability and safety;modal analysis verified that the frame and molding machine,crusher,etc.will not have resonance;determine the molding machine,frame and other major parts of the material and processing process;completed the trial production of the vehicle,and carried out Relevant production experiment;Experimental results show that:the vehicle is running well,when the speed is greater than 200rpm,the actual productivity is 2000Kg/h,the molding energy consumption is not more than 75kW,and the energy consumption is lower than the common biomass fuel combined production equipment on the market.
