In recent years,China has experienced a more serious trend of population aging.The percent of young and middle-aged people in the total population have greatly decreased,which makes labor shortages begin to appear in every walk of life.As competition in the market is increasingly severe at present,there are many important problems that many companies have to face,such as how to improve the employee satisfaction,ensure the rational use of human resources and promote the synthetical development of enterprises and employees.Qingdao Lovol Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd.is a well-known domestic machinery production company mainly engaged in the production of agricultural machinery and equipment.Since it’s foundation in 2006,Qingdao Lovol Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd.has always been in the process of development and makes relatively brilliant progress.However,in recent years,the company has also encountered the problem of labor shortage,which has made great impacts on the future development of the company.Therefore,how to improve the employee satisfaction to the job,increase the number of talents in the company and meet the needs of production development has become an urgent problem that the company needs to solve.This paper takes Qingdao Lovol as the research object.Based on the study of the relationship between psychological contract and employee satisfaction,reading and sorting out lots of classical books and understanding the relevant concepts lay a theoretical foundation for the specific measures to improve the employee satisfaction of Qingdao Lovol Machinery Co.,Ltd.Using the scientific research methods such as questionnaire survcy and factor analysis,we elaborately design the satisfaction questionnaires for employees at all levels of the company and adopt a systematic sampling method to conduct the employee satisfaction surveys.After the questionnaires are collected,SPSS 19.0 and other data analysis software are used.Analyze the questionnaire data presented from the table and the inside and comprehensively discuss the employee satisfaction of the Lovol Group in all aspects of the company from six dimensions.Finally,according to the above analysis results,we have formulated specific measures to improve the employee satisfaction of the Lovol Group from the aspects of improving corporate cohesion and enhancing the humanistic care of the company.The research of this paper is helpful to improve the employee satisfaction of Lovol Company and can provide important reference value suggestion for the Lovol Company to change its production and management mode and develop towards a more humane and cohesive modern enterprise.At the same time,it also brings excellent reference for other enterprises facing labor shortage.
