| According to the statistics of China Consumer Association,the overall customer satisfaction in the home decoration industry is relatively low,which is not the problem of individual enterprises but the problem of the whole industry,the existence of these problems greatly damage the interests of customers and hinder the sound development of the industry.So how to seize the psychological needs of customers,improve customer satisfaction,and then enhance the market competitiveness has become an urgent matter for decoration companies.M Decoration Engineering Co.,LTD.,which has been serving Beijing market for more than 13 years,was selected as "China’s top 500 home decoration enterprises" by the Organizing committee of China International Home Furnishing Industry Development Forum.Tuba rabbit platform awarded the "most welcome online shop award" and "quality marketing gold award" enterprises.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study customer satisfaction.Firstly,this study analyzes the customer satisfaction status and existing problems of M Decoration Company through data collection and field visits.Secondly,according to the Chinese Customer Satisfaction Index Model(CCSI),brand image,expected value,perceived quality and perceived value are taken as variables,and customer satisfaction and loyalty are taken as outcome variables.Build customer satisfaction model of M Decoration Company;Then,design the corresponding index evaluation system,through the questionnaire survey and M decoration company has completed the customer and is nearing the end of the customer through the form of online questionnaire survey,collect effective data,and then apply.SPSS.Statistical software analyzes the data collected by the questionnaire survey,including reliability and validity test,difference test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and then summarizes the relationship between variables.Finally,according to the impact of each variable on customer satisfaction,the corresponding measures are proposedIt is found that brand image,expected value,perceived quality and perceived value all have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction of M Decoration Company.Finally,according to the analysis results,it is concluded that customer satisfaction of M Decoration company can be improved from five aspects: improving design and construction quality,service quality improvement measures,brand image improvement strategy,price level improvement measures and customer segmentation to provide personalized service.Then improve the competitiveness of M decoration company in the decoration industry,make it invincible in the fierce competition environment. |
