With the deepening of the new round of reform of the electric power system and the gradual establishment of the electric power market,in accordance with the principle of "controlling the middle and releasing the two ends",direct transactions between the issuer and the user,marketization agents of the electricity sales business,and the gradual implementation of measures such as increasing the pilot of the distribution network.A series of open policies,such as the opening up of the electricity market and the separation of power plants and networks,have gradually led the market-oriented reform of the power industry to develop in depth.In order to adapt to the new competitive environment,it is urgent for enterprises in the electric power industry to abandon the traditional monopoly management thinking and embrace the service-oriented market-oriented business model.And according to the power supply enterprise’s own characteristics,large industrial customers dominate in the quantity sold,is sell electricity main source of income,so the marketization of electric power enterprises,in order to improve the industrial transformation of service when it is customer satisfaction as the starting point and the foothold,understand the situation of customer satisfaction,around its core requirements to improve the service system,pressure of delivery service,Form a closed loop of management.In this paper,through in-depth analysis of customer relationship management,customer satisfaction,satisfaction evaluation model and other relevant theories,combined with the satisfaction status of power supply enterprises,industry expert interviews,the establishment of power supply enterprises large industrial customer satisfaction evaluation index system.And through to the large industrial customers satisfaction questionnaire survey,expert talks,such as form,detailed understanding of the big industrial customers for degree of satisfaction evaluation of each index value and for the services provided by the power supply enterprise in each dimension index evaluation on the situation,on this basis,through the further communication for large industrial customers for the company of power supply service quality improvement Suggestions.Through the empirical research,the survey results show that the shortcomings in the management of large industrial customers’ satisfaction in AN power Supply Bureau,such as awareness of image,consultation and repair service,and power supply quality,do not meet the expectations of large industrial customers.Combined with the actual situation of the AN power supply bureau large industrial customers,and targeted puts forward some countermeasures to improve industrial customer satisfaction,such as strengthening the construction of team talents,optimize consulting service business process,improve the power supply technology management measures,innovative marketing services strategy,optimize the environment of electric power business,optimization of electricity management,satisfaction with perfect management mechanism,etc.,It has certain practical guiding significance to improve the large industrial customer satisfaction of power supply enterprises.
