Modern network technology promotes the improvement of naval automation.As an important maritime force,submarines need to assemble various electronic devices in the narrow space inside them to meet the ever-changing requirements of information operations.In order to ensure the stable running of submarine,it is necessary to monitor the running status of key equipment such as electronic cabinet,platform screen and water-cooling box in real time,send out alarm and early warning information immediately after detecting abnormal situation,and inform technicians to implement emergency treatment scheme to eliminate potential risks in the bud.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a submarine intelligent operation and maintenance system that is easy for users to use.For the scattered electronic devices,an integrated network is built.Through the perfect transmission protocol,the real-time data values of all monitoring items of the devices are uniformly received,and the control commands of subsystems are issued according to the actual needs,so that technicians can quickly check the operation of the devices and improve the overall health of the environment.Intelligent operation and maintenance system automatically performs routine tasks,checks all available resources,helps personnel find and solve problems in time,and avoids potential accidents.The system selects Zabbix open source platform for data monitoring,and displays the real-time operation effect of the equipment in different ways,so that users can find out the fault location and obtain the detailed information of the faulty equipment without paying attention to the underlying technical details.The front end of the system designs customized interfaces based on the React framework,and the back end provides logical processing methods based on the Flask framework.My SQL database is used to store the application data needed for business execution.In the process of development and formal operation,Docker container is adopted to directly deploy the environment.The intelligent submarine operation and maintenance system has established a set of integrated network service monitoring platform,which changes the original decentralized subsystem into centralized one,integrates the internal core equipment of the submarine with the external key business system equipment,accesses information such as operation status and interface interaction data,and provides various application functions including alarm and early warning,fault traceability,equipment configuration,preventive maintenance,etc.After the actual launch,the whole system can run stably,and the functions of each module can be used normally,which improves the processing flow of abnormal situations,reduces the labor cost of equipment management and maintenance,and improves the availability level of IT services.
