Study On The Planning Strategy Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Planning In Baishui County Under The Guidance Of Global Tourism

The rural residential environment improvement plan is the basis for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and building a beautiful and livable village.It is an important way to promote rural social civilization and enhance the happiness of villagers.The rise of the global tourism boom is positive for the improvement of rural human settlements.Developing global tourism is one of the important means to achieve rural industrial adjustment.It is conducive to achieving sound urban and rural development and promoting benign echoes of human,material and financial resources.In order to improve the income of the rural economy and promote the harmonious development of rural living standards and society.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the promotion strategy of rural human settlements planning under the guidance of the whole region,and to ensure the sustainable development of rural tourism and human settlements,so as to jointly promote the construction of the country's "beautiful villages" and accelerate the pace of rural revitalization.From the perspective of global tourism,this paper selects Baishui County as an empirical research object,and faces the major strategic needs of the beautiful rural construction and rural human settlements planning in Baishui County,starting from the development needs of the whole country tourism and related policies of village construction.The systematic review of the theoretical and practical achievements of global tourism and rural human settlements environment explores the interaction mechanism between global tourism and rural human settlements.Based on the development status and problems of rural human settlements in Baishui County,the evaluation index system of rural human settlements under the guidance of the whole region was constructed.According to the evaluation results,the rural residential environment improvement planning model was proposed,and the county-town-village "Three levels of typical cases have been empirically analyzed.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: the relevant theories at home and abroad and the typical practical experience.According to the concept analysis of relevant global tourism and rural human settlements,the rural human settlement environment under the guidance of the whole region is divided into four major systems: natural ecosystem,economic system,social system and supporting;and through the relevant rural living environment at home and abroad.The case analysis summarizes the practical experience of typical rural cases and provides theoretical support and experience for Baishui County rural settlement improvement plan.The second part: the development status and problems of rural human settlements in Baishui County under the guidance of global tourism.The current situation of rural human settlements in Baishui County was studied from six aspects: rural natural environment,human development,social development,living environment,supporting environment and recreational environment.Problems in the living environment of the villagers in Baishui County were analyzed through the investigation of the sample village.The third part: the construction of rural human settlements environment evaluation system in Baishui County under the guidance of global tourism.The analytic hierarchy process is used to select the specific evaluation indicators from the four ecosystem levels of ecological environment,living environment,production environment and social cultural environment to construct the evaluation system of rural tourism environment under the guidance of global tourism.At the same time,it explores the evolution mechanism of rural human settlements in Baishui County.The fourth part: the promotion planning mode of rural human settlements in Baishui County under the guidance of global tourism.Through the analysis of the current situation of rural human settlements in Baishui County and the reference of relevant planning,the objectives,concepts and principles of the rural residential environment improvement plan under Baishui County under the global tourism guidance are determined;and the promotion of rural human settlements planning under the global tourism guidance suitability development model is proposed.The fifth part: the empirical analysis of the improvement of rural human settlements environment in Baishui County under the guidance of global tourism.Taking Baishui County,Linyi Town and four typical villages as the empirical cases,the system planning was carried out from the aspects of overall space structure,tourism resources,tourism products,route construction and human settlements planning,and promoted the whole country tourism oriented Baishui County The living environment has been upgraded and the corresponding rural living environment planning support strategy has been proposed.
