The distribution network is the last link of power feeding.The operation and maintenance level of the distribution network equipment directly affects the user's power service experience.With the rapid development of China's social economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization,the urban distribution network has become a complex polymer carrying massive operational information and complex power supply equipment.In addition,the distribution network has a wide coverage area,a large time span,and distribution network management.The complexity has led to the need for power distribution equipment management methods and efficicncy in some areas of C hina to meet the high reliability and quality service commitments of power supply companies.As an important power supply hub in the distribution network,the problem of the operation and maintenance of the power distribution room is more prominent,which affects the development and efficient operation of the entire distribution network to a certain extent.In the traditional management mode,the inspection of the power distribution station mainly adopts the manual mode.This method has the problems of large human resource consumption,strong subjective inspection data,single inspection means,and scattered data management,which cannot meet the power distribution equipment.The requirements of operation and maintenance management of high-frequency,high-precision and remote control need to study the remote unmanned intelligent operation and maintenance mode of the primary equipment of the distribution network that integrates multiple information and physical entities.At present,the main methods of power station power distribution inspection at home and abroad include bar code identification,in formation bolts,direct identification,robot inspection,information buttons,and helicopter periodic detection.There are two methods for the inspection of power stations in China.(1)Selecting the method of manual inspection and manual recording consumes a lot of manpower.The degree of automation is low,accuracy and efficiency are poor,and daily supervision is difficult.(2)Using equipment to read information buttons.barcodes,etc.for inspection,to a certain extent improve efficiency and accuracy,but there are still problems such as high labor costs and poor management.In this project,we set up a robot inspection technology system for the distribution of primary equipment with precise physical space location and multiple information integration perception,aiming at the unmanned operation of primary equipment in urban distribution networks.A remote machine recognition and maintenance technology based on intelligent learning of image features an comprehensive analysis of related information is proposed to realize intelligent and unmanned operation of power station buildings.(1)An intelligent inspection robot based on image intelligent recognition and multivariate information analysis has been developed for a crane type power station.The intelligent inspection robot uses a hanging rail and has five degrees of freedom of movement.It can achieve 100%coverage of the detection surface.Identification of various kinds of multiple information such as pointers,numbers,switching images,and combined with infrared and local test results,the status of various types of equipment in distribution networks is comprehensively evaluated.(2)On the basis of intelligent inspection,study the intelligent inspection and management platform of the power station,cooperate with the robot inspection,achieve classification statistics,risk warning and intelligent control of operational information,formulate scientific and reasonable management methods and rules and regulations,and improve the efficiency of system operation.(3)The practical application of several power supply stations in Shijiazhuang City is analyzed and summarized,and the economic effects after the system is used are discussed.Finally,through summarization and analysis,the corresponding improvement measures and future development trends are proposed.
