The low-voltage station area refers to the power supply range or area of a transformer.It is the last link of the power system directly facing users,and it is also the place where the current power system informatization and intelligence are relatively weak.With the advancement of smart grid construction,the management of smart station areas has also received more and more attention from grid companies.The informatization and intelligent construction of the low-voltage station area can make full use of the advantages of data,which is of great significance in improving the management efficiency and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the station area.At the same time,the efficient use of electric energy in the low-voltage station area will also help our country achieve the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" as soon as possible.The development of a new generation of information technologies such as the Internet of Things,5G communication,and artificial intelligence has brought about wider data collection,stronger information transmission technology,and more intelligent application algorithms,which are the main technologies to support for the future intelligent management of low-voltage station areas.Based on the above technologies,this paper develops and designs a low-voltage intelligent station area management platform based on the 5G power Internet of Things.The design and development are carried out from the three levels of hardware,algorithm and platform development.It mainly includes the following parts:1.We have developed a 5G power communication terminal based on Huawei MH5000 communication module.According to the characteristics of power communication and the principle of compatibility with the original power data acquisition equipment,this paper designs5 G power communication terminal hardware,which has rich interface peripherals,such as RS232 interface,USB3.0 interface,JTAG interface,etc.The devices are connected to provide them with the ability to communicate with 5G.2.Aiming at the common problem of three-phase load imbalance in low-voltage stations,we propose a comprehensive solution based on deep reinforcement learning,and design a three-phase load imbalance management algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning.Then,we evaluate its adjustment strategy flexibility and performance.The results show that the proposed algorithm can flexibly adjust the commutation strategy according to the actual needs,and compared with the traditional heuristic algorithm,the time used is greatly reduced on the basis of achieving the same governance effect,which can ensure the rapid treatment of three-phase unbalance and the safe and stable operation of the low-voltage station area.3.We have developed a low-voltage station area management platform based on the 5G power Internet of Things.First of all,in order to facilitate the actual test of the management platform,a low-voltage test bench with 5G communication capability was built.At the same time,the intelligent station area management platform is designed and implemented.The platform is divided into application layer,business layer,algorithm layer and data layer,and adopts a frontend and back-end separation structure.It has the functions of adding and configuring equipment in the station area,monitoring and alarming equipment operation status,three-phase load unbalance management,voltage drop analysis,power supply reliability analysis and system management.After the actual test,all the functions of the platform meet the design requirements.
