| With the technological innovation in the power and energy industries,the equipment monitoring and system management in all aspects of the power grid have become more and more complex.Since 2019,the State Grid Corporation has comprehensively promoted the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things to achieve the interconnection of all aspects of power monitoring.Human-computer interaction and integrated processing of monitoring data,need to improve the management of the power monitoring syst em.Shandong Baoguang Electrical Technology Co.Ltd is a power equipment manufacturer.Its main products include feeder cabinets,capacitor cabinets,power parameter measurement cabinets,incoming line cabinets,etc.The power parameter monitoring of these power distribution cabinets has been equipped with on-site smart meters,but there are also no monitoring instruments for the electrical and environmental parameters of the power distribution cabinets.In order to monitor the real-time working conditions of the power distribution cabinets produced in real time and promote the management of electricity sales,Harbin University of Science and Technology is specially commissioned to develop a power station monitoring and management scheme based on the Internet of Things.In order to meet the monitoring technical requirements of the company’s power station equipment,a power station monitoring Internet of Things structure compatible with multiple wired and wireless communication modes is designed,and a power station management strategy is initially conceived.According to this structure,a power station monitoring RTU is designed and implemented as the general controller of the monitoring module,which supports multiple remote transmission methods such as LAN,4G,WIFI,and its circuit structure ensures that the firmware of RTU can be updated remotely.A time-sharing shared multi-channel RS485 quasi-isolated communication circuit is designed,which can realize different RS485.The power station monitors the RTU’s built-in lithium battery and has a charging management circuit,so that the monitoring RTU can still work stably for a period of time after the power failure of the power station to transmit some necessary information.This paper also studies the circuit realization method of temperature monitoring and switching measurement and control of the po wer distribution cabinet.The temperature measurement range is between-30℃ and +80℃,and the accuracy can reach 0.5℃.The feeder cabinet monitoring circuit has been developed,which supports at most 24 Channels of switching quantity monitoring and 8-channel relay switching quantity control,and supporting RS485 isolated communication,realizes real-time monitoring of important switching quantity in the feeder cabinet.The power station equipment monitoring program designed in this paper can realize real-time management and control of power station equipment working conditions among Baoguang Electrical Technology Co.Ltd,the power station site and power station staff.The communication function and firmware update of the power station monitoring RTU have been fully tested in the field environment.At the same time,the basic function verification of the feeder cabinet monitoring module has been completed,which proves the correctness and feasibility of the monitoring scheme of the power station equipment. |
