With the increase in heating demand in Baoding,the heating task of Datang Qingyuan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.will reach 859MW.At present,the heating capacity of Qingyuan Thermal Power Plant is 774MW(328MW for Unit 1 and 446MW for No.2 High Back Pressure Unit),and the heating gap reaches 85MW.Since Unit 2 has completed the high back pressure dual-rotor heating reform,and considering the safe and economic operation mode of Units 1 and 2,it is necessary to carry out the recycling of waste water heat recovery for Unit 1.In order to effectively utilize the low-grade heat source of thermal power plant,the lithium bromide absorption heat pump technology was used to renovate the circulating water waste heat utilization of Unit 1.The calculated residual heat of circulating water was 85MW,which made the heating capacity of the whole plant reach 859MW.For this reason,four reforms were proposed.The scheme was analyzed and compared.Finally,the independent parallel heat pump unit was adopted to transform and implement the No.l unit.The performance test and benefit evaluation of the modified system were carried out,and the transformation effect was analyzed.The results show that the COP test value is 1.746 and the COP correction value of 1.751 is close to the design value of 1.74 when the power generation load of the unit 1 is about 210MW.In the current heat pump operation adjustment,the heat supply of the heat pump can reach 212MW.The designed value is 200MW,and the residual heat of circulating water is recovered from 83.5 to 90.6MW,so that the heating capacity of the whole plant can meet the heating load of each period;after the parameters such as main steam pressure and main steam temperature are corrected,the average heat consumption rate is 4592.7kJ/(kW·h).,and the average coal consumption rate is 187.6g/(kW-h),compared with the average coal consumption rate of the heat pump when the heat pump exits,the average coal consumption rate is reduced by 40.1g/(kW-h),the economic benefits are obvious,the expected transformation effect is achieved,and good economic and social benefits are produced.
