With the continuous development of society,the reserves of fossil energy in the world have fallen sharply.With the rapid increase of fossil fuel consumption,environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent.Environmental problems such as global warming,haze and atmospheric damage have great impact on the long-term stable development of human society.Electric power enterprises in China's energy consumption structure,the proportion of the consumption of fossil energy in the state is opposite bigger,in recent years our country government also issued for the electric power enterprise of energy saving and emission reduction policy: the key to promote energy cascade utilization,low temperature waste heat power generation,heat pump heating energy conservation and emissions reduction technologies.Based on the cyclic cooling water waste heat recovery for winter heating as the research object,in Changchun city,Jilin province Yu guang energy limited-liability company Gaoxin thermoelectric branch as the engineering background,to heating parameters and steam turbine unit in power plant were investigated,and the requirements for the power plant of circulating cooling water of turbine no.1,2,residual heat and cooling water of slag cooler heat calculation and analysis.Put forward two schemes for circulating water waste heat recovery problem,recovery of waste heat of circulating water by using absorption heat pump unit as one way,recovery of waste heat of circulating water in the compression heat pump unit as solution 2.Combined with the actual situation of the power plant,the economic comparison and analysis of the two schemes are carried out.The final conclusion is that the recovery of circulating water waste heat recovery in the absorption heat pump unit is economical and reasonable.According to power plant heating parameters,steam turbine exhaust air and circulating water turbine no.1,2,more than heat,heat pump type selection,and the related thermodynamic system of heat pump units in project design.For heat pump units in summer idle and the air conditioning system of power plant building the problem of high energy consumption of the refrigeration,heat pump units in power plant,on the basis of design a based on no power consumption of air conditioning of the absorption heat pump units in power system,the system USES the power plant of the existing heat pump units,can be realized for power plant building refrigeration and heating in winter in summer.At the same time to design a set of use of steam power plant boiler continuous sewage waste heat power generation system,using the waste heat by electricity to provide power consumption of heat pump system in order to implement the without power consumption of the system operation.According to the operation of power plant heat pump units in heating season,the data statistics about heat recovery unit,the heat pump units in commissioning and formal operation is analyzed for the problems during processing.For the operation of the heat pump unit,the impact of the steam turbine vacuum is calculated,and the break-even point of the heat pump unit is calculated according to the energy consumption of the power plant.According to the heat recovery of heat pump unit,the economic analysis of the heat pump system is carried out,and the income of the system is obtained.
