In a sense,transportation supports urban life.Without traffic,all urban activities will be difficult to maintain.Urban transportation is not only a spatial collection of complex social phenomena,but also a complex systematic project,which has always been the focus of social development.As a “One Belt and One Road” node city and Xining in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,how to develop green transportation,how to correct the relationship between transportation development,resource conservation and environmental protection is the problem to be discussed in this paper.Based on this,the research relies on the Qinghai Provincial Social Science Planning Project:“Study on the Development Model of Green Transportation Network in Lijing City Based on the “Belt and Road” Perspective(Grant No.18012,No.0030203),Taking Xining City Green Transportation as the Entry Point Establish urban green transportation evaluation index system from four aspects of traffic development level,environmental friendliness,resource conservation and social integration,and use the matter-element entropy weight model to evaluate the development of green transportation in Xining City from 2010 to 2017.The research result is Xining City.Green transportation construction provides theoretical support.Through the above systematic research,this paper summarizes the following conclusions:(1)Traffic development level: The road traffic infrastructure in Xining City is in poor condition in 2010-2017,and the traffic level needs to be improved.The development of traffic infrastructure indicators such as road network density,bus network density,and per capita sidewalk area is weak.With the expansion of the city scale,the population is increasing,and the consumption of residents is prolonged,affecting the green level of traffic.(2)Environmentally friendly aspects: The greening of roads in Xining was good in 2010-2017,the environmental pollution status continued to improve,and thenoise level of traffic trunks was controlled at a medium level.Among them,the proportion of new energy bus volume began to develop in 2015,and reached the excellent level in 2017.The greater the ratio of new energy public transport,the better the effect on energy conservation and emission reduction,and the more obvious the environmentally friendly index.(3)Resource conservation: In 2010-2017,the proportion of urban construction land consumption in Xining was too large,the intensive conservation and utilization of land resources was low,and the energy resource consumption decreased significantly,but it was necessary to prevent rebound.It shows that in the future,Xining should pay attention to the intensive use and utilization of urban construction land,and seek the green development of urban transportation with better land resource space planning.(4)Social integration: In 2010-2017,the proportion of traffic construction investment in Xining City gradually increased.The traffic accident rate of Wanzhou and the traffic accident accident of Wanzhou decreased year by year.The direct economic loss of average traffic accidents tends to be moderate,and the traffic safety situation tends to be stable..(5)Comprehensive aspects: The development level of green transportation in Xining City is on a step-by-step upward trend,and the overall situation is continuously improving.In 2013,the development level of green transportation in Xining City was changed from poor to qualified;in 2015,the evaluation level was moderate;in 2016,it turned into good,and in 2017,it continued to maintain a good grade,and the follow-up is also constantly improving.Finally,the proposal of developing green transportation in Xining was put forward: improve the density of public transportation network.Strengthen the construction of urban road transportation system.Implement a priority strategy for public transport development.Advocate land use and TOD models.Save energy consumption,and eliminate high-energy vehicles.Promote the use of green transportation to create a green,healthy and convenient transportation environment.
