Analysis And Optimization Research Of "Production-Living-Ecological" Space Of Xiaogang Village

This paper takes Xiaogang Village of Anhui Province,the main source of " Land reform" in China,as the research object.It carries out the analysis,optimization and research of the production space,living space and ecological space,namely the " PLE space"("Production-Living-Ecological Space"),and comprehensive historical data and actual survey data analysis.The spatial pattern of the "PLE space " in Xiaogang Village,and further discussion of its influencing factors based on the analysis results,on this basis,the optimization path of the "PLE space" in Xiaogang Village was proposed.Xiaogang Village has special significance in the history of China's agriculture and rural development.The study of Xiaogang Village's " PLE space" is not only a guiding for the optimization of Xiaogang Village's land space,but also has referenctial significance for other towns and villages.The article refers to relevant literature worldwide,through a large number of literature collection,review,and after long-term field research,with reference to previous research results,to build a " PLE space”classification system in Xiaogang Village,to study the " PLE space" land in Xiaogang Village The distribution situation,combined with the basic data of Xiaogang Village,analyzes the current situation of the "PLE space"in Xiaogang Village.Based on the analysis results,the characteristics of the " PLE space"in Xiaogang Village are proposed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Taking ecological,production and living functions as the leading factor,taking into account the versatility of the land,combining with the state's policies on cultivated land,basic farmland and ecological protection,and the actual situation of Xiaogang Village,trying to build the "PLE" classification system of Xiaogang Village.It divides the "PLE space " of Xiaogang Village into production space,living space and ecological space.Among them:the production space includes the primary industry space,the secondary industry space and the tertiary industry space;the living space includes the rural residential land space and the community public management and service land;the ecological space includes the village greening,forest land and water area in the village.(2)According to the above classification system,determine the scale of the " PLE space”in Xiaogang Village,namely:21448 mu of production space in Xiaogang Village,accounting for 95.4%of the area of the village;436 mu of living space,accounting for 1.9%;The space is 616 mu,accounting for 2.7%.It can be seen that from the scale of production space>ecological space>living space,the“PLE”function of Xiaogang Village is mainly based on production function,supplemented by ecological functions,and life functions are secondary.(3)The production space has an absolute advantage in the "PLE space" of Xiaogang Village,which has the primary industry area of 17,476 mu,accounting for 77.7%of the total area of the "PLE space ";the secondary industry space is 2,130 mu,accounting for 9.5%of the total area of the " PLE space",while the tertiary industrial space is 1842 mu,accounting for 8.2%of the total area of the "PLE space".Further analysis shows that the advantage of the primary industry is obvious,but the land use efficiency needs to be improved;the secondary industry is concentrated in the park,the scale is gradually shrinking;the tertiary industry is more developed,and the service industry needs to be improved..(4)Xiaogang Village is in the period of rapid development,the establishment of Xiaogang Agricultural Science and Technology Park and the expansion of the high-standard training base in Xiaogang Village—Xiaogang Cadre College and Fengyang Xiaogang Training Center Co.,Ltd.The future will have a greater impact on Xiaogang Village's "PLE space" structure;in the next three years,the spatial structure of Xiaogang Village will further change and eventually stabilize.From the rational layout of the“PLE space”and the development direction of the "PLE" integration,the future development proposals of Xiaogang Village are proposed:First,stabilize the space of the primary industry,reduce the space of the secondary industry,and use the domestic popularity of Xiaogang Village to develop the tertiary industry.They are the inevitable ways to optimize and upgrade the "PLE space" in Xiaogang Village;second,the integration of ecological space and living space.Open up the ecological and living space,give full play to the ecological functions of villagers' parks,community squares,greenery,garden greening,and reservoir ecological conservation forests,so that the life of the villagers can be integrated into the ecology;Third,the integration of production space and ecological space.Make full use of and transform and upgrade the large-scale fruit trees planted in the development of the existing economic forestry and horticultural industries,enhance their landscape effects and ecological benefits,and make this type of production space have certain ecological functions.
