Research On Public Space Design Of Software Park Adapted To The Characteristics Of Youth Behavior

Since the 1990 s,the growth rate of the world software service industry has been around 15%.:With the rapid development of software industry,its total income gradually exceeds other industries and becomes the economic pillar of various countries.With the popularization of computer technology,the Chinese government gradually attaches importance to the informatization of the national economy,which makes the software industry in China develop and the software market expand.With the prosperity of our national economy,people's spiritual needs are increasing,and their demands for work and living environment are also increasing.For young employees working in the software park,the most accessible activity place is the public space in the software park,which is the carrier of daily activities of young employees.Therefore,the public space in the software park gradually becomes the focus of people's attention.Public Spaces aim to integrate the building with its integrated environment.There are many factors to consider when designing a public space.In addition to physical factors such as the space environment and visual environment generated by the public space itself,physical and psychological factors of users should also be considered.The pleasant public space enhances the life experience and quality of life of the young employees in the software park.In today's society,most employees are accompanied by computers and mobile phones every day,without too much other activities,and most of them form a two-point and one-line life mode between family and company.Public space is a necessary place for young people to communicate and relax.Working in the environment without public space for a long time will seriously affect the mental and physical health of young employees.Through a large number of surveys,it can be found that there are many problems in the public space in the software park.For example,the size of the activity space is too large or too small,and the activity type selection provided is very few,etc.The imperfect design of public space in the software park will affect the use experience of employees in the software park and their satisfaction with the software park.Most of the employees in the software park are young people.The design of public space in the software park should fully consider the behavior characteristics of young people.Make a targeted design for the youth group,and make the software park public activity space become the activity carrier for the youth to communicate,relax,cooperate and share.How to design a public software park to meet the psychological needs and behavioral patterns of young employees? This is the problem that this text tries to discuss and solve.Analyze the relationship between the psychological behavior of young employees and the environment,understand the needs of young employees for public space,and summarize the common characteristics and psychological needs of young employees in the software park.Based on the excellent cases and advanced theories of public space in software parks at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the actual cases by issuing questionnaires and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of public space in modern software parks.Through the research on the design of public space in the software park,the characteristics of the public space in the software park and the users' satisfaction with the public space are evaluated.On this basis,the theoretical framework of software park public space design and the corresponding empirical research of optimal design are proposed to adapt to the characteristics of youth behavior,and constructive Suggestions are put forward for the design of software park public space in the future.
