In recent years,Chinaundefineds construction industry has entered the bottleneck period,the competition of domestic construction enterprises is in full swing,all construction enterprises are waiting for a new development opportunity.With General Secretary Xi Jinpingundefineds great proposal of " the Belt and Road Initiatives," Chinaundefineds construction enterprises welcome new opportunities,and more foreign-related engineering projects.At the same time,the international competition is becoming more and more intense,which brings new challenges to the foreign management of construction enterprises in our country.Therefore,it is very important to look for a foreign-related project management mode suitable for our national conditions.First of all,this paper describes the research background of foreign-related project management model in construction enterprises under the background of " the Belt and Road Initiatives ",and analyzes its research significance.This paper summarizes the research on project management mode at home and abroad and the development course of project management mode,summarizes the research contents of this paper,and finds out the applicable research methods and technical route.Secondly,taking the research of foreign-related engineering project management mode as the theoretical and normative basis,through the analysis of the internal and external aspects of foreign-related engineering project management,the influencing factors are analyzed.This paper points out the main problems and shortcomings of foreign-related management in Chinese construction enterprises.At the same time,the existing foreign-related project management modes are analyzed one by one,and the four kinds of commonly used foreign-related project management modes are compared in depth,combined with the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages and applicability of various models.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the further selection of suitable management mode for foreign-related projects in China.Thirdly,based on the fuzzy evaluation theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the PMC model of foreign-related engineering management is selected as the optimal model by quantitative method.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the correctness of the PMC model selected in this paper based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and some suggestions are put forward to further optimize the implementation effect of the PMC model in foreign-related projects.The main problems and shortcomings of foreign-related management in Chinese construction enterprises are pointed out by analyzing the influencing factors in both internal and external aspects.At the same time,the existing foreign-related project management modes are analyzed one by one,and the four kinds of commonly used foreign-related project management modes are compared in depth,combined with the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages and applicability of various models.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the further selection of suitable management mode for foreign-related projects in China.Thirdly,based on the fuzzy evaluation theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the PMC model of foreign-related engineering management is selected as the optimal model by quantitative method.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the correctness of the PMC model selected in this paper based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and some suggestions are put forward to further optimize the implementation effect of the PMC model in foreign-related projects.
