| At present,the living quality of the residents in our country have been rapidly improved,with a major change in the needs of the human residental environment,and the needs of the residential areas related to landscaping and ecological governance are improving continuously.The area of landscape design is facing another opportunity under the influence of these demands.The pressure of direct competition and transformation development of the enterprises engaged in the related work is increasing day by day.At such a strategic turning point in 2017,the Urban Space Planning and Design Institute of Company A must re-examine the competitive environment from a strategic perspective,analyze its own problems,and select appropriate competitive strategies in order to establish and maintain competitive advantages and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,the theory and method of competitive strategy are applied to analyze and study the selection of competitive strategy of A company’s urban spatial planning and Design Institute in detail.Firstly,the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of PEST and Porter are analyzed.Then,on the basis of refining the resources,capabilities and core competencies of A company’s urban spatial planning and design institute,using the management theory of Porter’s competitive strategy,the competitive strategy matching its current development status is screened out,and the main ways and safeguards to implement the differential development strategy are effectively summarized.Company A is one of the leading enterprises in Guangxi landscape design market of Urban Space Planning and Design Institute.However,with the gradual intensification of market competition and the entry of many otit come landscape design subjects,their profitability tends to decline,and the threaten of marginalization is gradually increasing.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper makes a deep analysis of the current landscape design market,and combines the actual situation of enterprises,chooses the competitive strategy and specific implementation plan of differentiated development,in order to accept the challenges of market competitors,maintain and expand the position and advantages in the landscape design market.Through mature theoretical tools,company A can cope with market opportunities.Serve the market risk,play a scientific guidance and application value. |
