The popularization rate of civil security emergency products is one of the important indicators to measure national development and social progress.The popularity of civil security emergency products in developed countries has reached more than 70%,while the popularity of the domestic market is very low.The civil security market in developed countries has now been fully developed,and has solved the problem of market education and product demand guidance.The domestic security market is still in a relatively backward stage because of the influence of many factors such as economic development level,cultural and educational quality,consumption concept and public security awareness,which puts forward higher requirements for the innovation of business model and internal management of domestic civil security enterprises.AJ company was founded in 2003,is a professional security product development and production sales,safety consulting,engineering maintenance,fire drills,safety training as one of the safety platform company.After more than ten years of development,the company has more than 40 branches and partners in the country,covering Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong,Fujian,Anhui,Hebei,Guangdong,Yunnan,Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin and other provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government,the cumulative service of more than 200,000 enterprises and institutions.AJ company has become a well-known comprehensive security service platform in China,in 2016 formally listed the new third board,China's first security service industry.But because the original business technology content is low,the business model is single,the industry entry threshold is low,homogeneous competition is becoming more and more serious,so how to use the accumulated customer data for many years,integrate all aspects of resources,further enhance brand value,optimize and innovate business model,and form a "people without me,people with me excellent" The core competitiveness of enterprises is an urgent problem.In this paper,the author takes AJ enterprise as the research object,applies strategic management and other related concepts,uses PESTL analysis model,Porter's five-force analysis model,internal and external factors evaluation matrix,SWOT analysis matrix,value industry chain concept and other research and analysis model,after in-depth study of the civil emergency security industry.The research and analysis,and then according to the company's internal conditions,the selection of the company's corresponding market competition strategy,thus customizing a set of strategy implementation programs.Based on the current basic situation of China's civil security emergency industry,the state's strategic planning for accelerating the development of the emergency industry,as well as industry regulatory laws and policies,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the civil security emergency industry,and puts forward the matters needing attention in the formulation and implementation of enterprise development strategy.In this paper,the author first studies and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company's market competition,as well as the main opportunities and threats faced by the company,to explore the company's strong market competition advantages in design and development,mass customers and other aspects,and then through SWOT research and analysis,the overall strategy of the enterprise matching,research and analysis of each The advantages and disadvantages of the strategy and the practicality of the AJ enterprise's market competition strategy,we finally know that the AJ enterprise's market competition strategy should concentrate on the individual customer to give the Internet age all-round security early warning and the enterprise user's professional security consultation closed-loop service,so as to expand and integrate more pertinently,and then help the company continuously upgrade the market comprehensive competition reality.To achieve short-term and long-term goals.Finally,in the conclusion part,the author puts forward the main economic risks and the main points for attention in the implementation process of enterprise market competition strategy...
