Study On The Design Of Rural Resident And Courtyard Space In Luodai Area Of Chengdu

At present,China is carrying out the rural revitalization policy to achieve the goal of rural and urban integration.In the process of policy implementation,with the optimization of rural production structure and spatial structure,the original structure and form of rural house space have changed with the needs of modern society,while the design specifications for local rural house are relatively lacking.In order to avoid the result of "a thousand villages look like a thousand villages" due to the rapid development of the countryside,and to construct a livable rural living environment with local cultural characteristics,it is necessary to study the rural house space to deepen the specific content of rural "three living Spaces" development,and to construct a beautiful new countryside that can make the villagers live and work in peace and contentment.Through field investigation and questionnaire research users(villagers)in the process of rural reconstruction of construction scheme of the tendency of production and life behavior,social culture and social relations,ideology,and the change of the human factors such as spatial perception influence on house space design,and summarizes the house space design need to be considered by the beginning of the humanistic factors limiting condition.From the perspective of the designer,through the typology of rural house space types were discussed,summarize rural house combination type and texture organization pattern,from the macro,meso and micro research village house space elements and its metabolic model,found that the local original rural house space structure and form of the deep construction of language,the architectural context village,on this basis puts forward house space construction of language and design principles.From the perspective of policy and environment,verify whether the physical properties of buildings in the local traditional house construction model can meet the residential needs,to determine whether they can use local materials and retain and improve the original house space construction model;Analyze its functional streamline needs to study whether it can meet the current policy development requirements;This paper makes a comparative analysis of the residential space in Luodai area and other residential space practice cases to explore the design method suitable for the rural residential space in Luodai area.The design was carried out under simulated conditions,and in the process,the living mode suitable for local villagers and rural revitalization was explored,and gestalt psychology was used to guide the natural growth of rural house space.According to the villagers' psychology and the characteristics of the house space growth mode,this paper feedback to the current stage of rural house design,so as to put forward the design strategy suitable for the house space growth and industrial development in Luobai area,so that the rural house in the realization of the rural revitalization strategy,but also to meet the needs of the villagers and the characteristics of the building site.Taking the local villagers' vision of rural life as reference,this paper guides the design of rural house space in Luodai area.Improve villagers' happiness index and housing quality to achieve better housing quality,so that the policy can better guide the implementation of "three living Spaces".
