Research On The Construction Of Logistics Management Information System Of NNG Company

Nowadays,the world has entered the information age,and the information society represents the inevitable trend of social progress.More and more enterprises are turning information technology into one of the important competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprise information construction can not only improve the management technology,but also improve the overall operation and management mode of enterprises.For port enterprises,the level of information construction is not only one of the important indicators to measure the comprehensive strength of the port,but also has become the decisive force for the future development of the port.NNG Company is located in Pumiao Town and Liujing Town of Nanning City.It is the leading port enterprise in Nanning City and even in Guangxi province.Its development not only affects the logistics distribution capacity of Guangxi,but also influences the full play of the bridgehead function of Guangxi opening to Asean.It is an inevitable choice for NNG enterprise to promote the optimization and upgrading of ports and constantly enhance its competitiveness.The application of port information construction and logistics management information system is the most important part in the construction and development of NNG Company.This paper combines theoretical research with practical research,aiming at studying how to construct logistics management information system of NNG Company on the basis of studying the relevant literature and theory.Drawing lessons from the construction method and practical application effect of enterprise management information system at home and abroad,this paper deduces the industry characteristics and enterprise situation of NNG Company,and puts forward the construction scheme and implementation measures of logistics management information system of NNG company.Research showed that the logistics manasgement information system of NNG company already had a certain basis for development,but the existing system is not perfect with information isolated island,simple function and poor operation experience and other problems.Urgent measures should be taken to build a new logistics management information system to solve and improve the existing problems.After drawing lessons from many domestic and foreign port logistics management information system construction practice and experience,combined with the company's actual business situation and development needs,a new ILIMS with one general system,two subsystems and one tertiary subsystem is finally constructed.It's suitable for the company's organizational structure,conforming to the company's business operation process,and supporting the company's business development needs.
