Research On Development Strategy Of Gansu Civil Aviation Industry Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road"

Civil aviation is an important industry in the development of national economy.It is a basic,leading,strategic and international comparative industry.It is an important part of building a comprehensive transportation system and a powerful transportation country.It plays a leading role in international interconnection.It is of great significance to vigorously develop the civil aviation industry for promoting the structural reform on the supply side and building a well-off society in an all-round way.In recent years,the Gansu provincial Party committee and the provincial government has taken the opportunity of building the Gansu golden section of the "one belt and one road" to seize the strategic opportunities,give full play to the regional advantages,vigorously promote the development of Gansu's civil aviation industry,and realize the transformation breakthrough of Gansu's civil aviation,which has strongly supported the development of local and regional economies.Based on a thorough understanding of the development of civil aviation at home and abroad,this thesis focuses on the size of air transport,airport planning and layout,air operation capacity,the development of air traffic in Gansu four aspects of research and analysis of the status quo of civil aviation development.Through the analysis of the political environment,economic environment,social environment,scientific and technological environment,resources and capacity,market demand of the development of Gansu civil aviation,and combined with SWOT analysis to determine the future strategic choice and positioning of Gansu civil aviation,and put forward the strategic measures and suggestions for the development of Gansu civil aviation.Facing the good opportunities for the construction of the "golden belt along the way",Gansu's civil aviation needs to focus on the long-term development planning of Gansu's civil aviation,focusing on the improvement of the civil aviation network,airport layout,general aviation development,aviation personnel training,and low development quality,etc.,to improve and break through the poor economic efficiency of Gansu's civil aviation and lack of construction funds.Problems such as incomplete policy measures and unsatisfactory management mechanism should speed up the construction of important aviation hub in the West.
