With the improvement of the Economic level,China’s urbanization rate has increased substantially,and the pressure of transportation has become more and more serious,making urban problems more and more serious.Traffic congestion,environmental pollution,and energy risks have become increasingly prominent.Under such circumstances,the full implementation of the construction of the subway has become the only way for most cities to deal with traffic problems.How to achieve resource optimization configuration to reduce the cost of subway construction has become a problem in front of us.The Building Information Modeling(BMI)system can not only improve production efficiency,simulate the construction process,avoid unnecessary loss of progress,cost,quality and other resources in the project,but also clear the amount of engineering in advance and accurately control the project investment plan.The “Opinions on Further Promoting the Reform and Development of the Engineering Survey and Design Industry” promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2013 clearly stipulates that information construction should be strengthened,the use of information technology should be continuously improved,and the informationization standards of the survey and planning industry should be accelerated.Actively promote the construction and use of 3D design and collaborative design systems,and large architectural design companies should actively use BIM technology.Construct a comprehensive system integrating project management,comprehensive office management and scientific research management.Explore the development of cloud measurement platform,complete the comprehensive sharing of hardware,software,data indicators and other resources,improve the company’s standardization and refined management strength,and strive to improve the production efficiency of the industry.Therefore,with the arrival of a new round of subway construction in Nanjing,the construction of the subway project requires BIM technology,especially in the design process.In recent years,with the rapid growth of computer software and hardware technology,BIM information system has gradually grown up,and has received the attention of the civil engineering industry.It has gradually stepped out of the concept and definition of BIM and entered the current software development and use process.And in the gradual improvement.The subway project is a large-scale construction project.During the implementation process,due to the large investment and complex environment,the various problems in the subway construction will have a chain reaction,making the system management of the whole cycle very critical.Nowadays,the use of 2DCAD(Computer Aided Design)technology has caused various management problems in the project management process.The reason is that the two-dimensional drawing expression ability is limited,information communication is difficult,and construction risk is high.The previous project management method has been unable to meet the needs of such large and complex engineering projects such as subway engineering.Under the current constraints of information technology,project management has gradually turned into management of project information,and the focus of attention has gradually shifted from 2D CAD technology to BIM information system.Based on three-dimensional digital information,BIM integrates the data model of various building information of the subway project,which can realize the comprehensive depiction of the whole life cycle of the subway project,solve the project planning,design,engineering,follow-up operation management,and assist in the construction.The party can efficiently understand the progress of the project at any time and improve the management efficiency of the subway project.It has great use significance and broad application prospects.Specifically,it includes the following aspects:Generally speaking,BIM information system is used in the subway project by means of digital management technology,combined with project engineering information,to form a three-dimensional digital system to provide services for project management,research and decision-making.The construction of this digital system provides new possibilities for the information management of subway projects.It is the multi-dimensional digital performance of the whole project,which promotes the sharing of information resources,promotes the synergy between the participants,It provides a solution for the whole life cycle management of subway engineering.In addition,it provides information security for the risk management of subway projects.The research and development and use of BIM information system is not only a breakthrough in current technology,but also a huge change in management organization and management.This will also have a profound impact on the development of the Chinese subway industry and the entire construction industry.The article first studies the current situation of subway project management,and under the premise of the project management system,builds the overall framework of the BIM information system of the subway project.Secondly,it carries out detailed research on the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)of the subway project.The project coding system based on the Information Exchange Standard(IFC)was established.After the comprehensive analysis of the Nanjing Metro project,the general WBS of the subway project was obtained.Based on the WBS of the subway project,the project full-cycle management plan was established.This proposed the module design of the BIM information system of the subway project.After that,it analyzed the process management of the subway project,carried out the project interface analysis,unified management of the project management process,and built the BBS information system of the subway project based on WBS.The application model improves the management efficiency of the entire life cycle of the subway project.Through the case analysis of the Zhujiang East Station project of Nanjing Metro Line 10,we can see the economic benefits brought by BIM technology in the project application process,thus reflecting the application value of BIM technology.
