Since the reform and opening up,China's construction industry has played an important supporting role in the development of the country.It has been developing continuously for many years at an annual growth rate of more than 20%,and the construction industry has been developing continuously and rapidly.In the past,in the development of national economy,the pulling effect of the construction industry has been increasing,and the position of the pillar industry has been firmly established.In addition,the state vigorously promotes the "one belt and one way" policy,encourages the overseas environment of construction enterprises to "go abroad",and overseas markets create new opportunities for development of construction enterprises.However,in different economic environments,the development requirements of the construction industry are also different.Lack of labor force,low industry efficiency,high cost,energy-saving and environmental protection awareness and other current situation impel industrial upgrading,new materials,new technologies and industrial model innovation,assembly,industrial integration and other modern buildings become the only way for the sustainable development of the construction industry,while the increase of international uncertainties and other risks for the internationalization of construction enterprises.The road makes it more difficult.Therefore,how to develop traditional construction enterprises in the new industry environment has become the focus of attention of industry enterprises and academia.This paper takes D Construction Industry Group Co.,Ltd.as an example to find and put forward the corresponding strategic development plan,which can provide reference for domestic construction enterprises in the same industry.D Construction Industry Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "D Group")is a traditional construction enterprise,relying on its established industry brand,complete qualification system and strong employee execution,after several years of efforts in the construction market has occupied a place.This paper chooses D Group as the research object,starting from the analysis of the macro-economic form and the change of the industrial environment of the construction industry,and based on the analysis of the internal resources,capabilities and values of D Group,aiming at the survival of the transformation and the promotion of development through innovation,to find a way for the strategic transformation of D Group,and to form a set of strategic plans for the enterprises in the same industry to draw lessons from.This paper discusses the structure of "putting forward problems,researching problems and solving problems",including the case analysis of D Group's strategic transformation and the analysis of relevant theories.Through combing the information of D group's external and internal environment,using SWOT,resources,capabilities,values and other related theoretical tools,combined with D group's development mission and vision,D group scientifically and rationally formulate the future strategic planning and positioning.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:Based on the overall analysis,the strategic transformation planning of D Group is put forward,and the strategic planning at the company level is to implement diversification of modern business of construction industry and integration of traditional construction.At the same time,centralization strategy,low cost-high efficiency integration strategy and fine management war are selected.
