| CCCC Zhuhai Construction Co.,Ltd.is a central construction enterprise established for five years.In the past five years,the company has undertaken a number of highway,municipal,tunnel,housing construction and water conservancy projects,and its development scale has gradually expanded.In the past two years,CCCC Zhuhai Construction Co.,Ltd.has been planning the development plan for the next five years and beyond,but different opinions have been put forward within the company on the development direction of the company.Under the background that local governments still regard increasing infrastructure investment and construction as one of the main measures to boost the economy and play the role of the real estate industry as the economic pillar,major construction enterprises are making more and more efforts to cross-industry and cross-professional development in order to maintain the scale of development,and the competition pressure in the industry continues to increase.Therefore,it is particularly important to study and formulate a development strategy suitable for the actual situation of CCCC Zhuhai Construction Co.,Ltd.to improve the overall development strength and competitiveness of the company.This paper summarizes and combs the theoretical research of strategic management and development strategy by well-known foreign and domestic scholars,and comprehensively analyzes the internal and external strategic development environment of CCCC Zhuhai Construction Company by using PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces analysis model.Based on the development status,enterprise resources,enterprise capabilities and other deficiencies and competitive advantages of CCCC Zhuhai Construction Co.,LTD.,the internal factor matrix(IFE),external factor matrix(EFE)analysis,SWOT analysis and other tools are used to deeply and carefully analyze each element through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,and a total of four development strategies are formed.Finally,using quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM)analysis tool,through quantitative research methods,select a relatively more suitable for the current development stage of CCCC Zhuhai Construction Company’s development strategy.At the end of this paper,measures are put forward from the aspects of organization,system,talent and culture to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy of CCCC Zhuhai Construction Co.,LTD.Through the analysis,it is concluded that CCCC Zhuhai Construction Co.,Ltd.should choose the SO growth development strategy,that is,by establishing industrial alliances with internal customers of CCCC Group,expanding the business scale of public bidding market,and building the whole industrial chain of the main business of housing construction,focusing on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities economic circle and other market areas.Strengthen efforts to develop the main business of general contracting for housing construction,expand mechanical and electrical installation,decoration and other housing construction segments and high value-added housing construction business,and further improve the professional development capacity and core competitiveness of housing construction business;At the same time,it is necessary to meet the needs of improving the comprehensive strength of the company,and continue to expand the field of highway and municipal business by relying on the highway and municipal professionals and performance accumulation retained at the time of the establishment of the company,so as to take it as a new source of profit on the basis of the company’s housing construction business,make up for the disadvantage of thin profit of housing construction business,and improve the overall industry strength of the company.On the basis of giving full play to the advantages of CCCC Zhuhai Construction Co.,Ltd.and taking advantage of good external opportunities,this paper formulates a development strategy suitable for the current stage for the company,so as to improve the company’s core competitiveness and enable the company to maintain long-term sustainable development.At the same time,it also provides a valuable reference for the formulation of development strategies for other similar companies in the construction industry. |
