Research On The Strategic Development Of State-owned Construction Enterprises Based On Dynamic Capabilities

The theory of dynamic capability has been carefully studied by scholars both at home and abroad.This paper aims to apply dynamic capabilities to the development of state-owned construction enterprises,and draw some relevant conclusions.Firstly,based on domestic and overseas research results,the dynamic capabilities,strategic development and evolution theory are introduced and analyzed,and the dynamic capabilities,strategic development and evolution were combined to analysize the business environment and conditions of the traditional state-owned construction enterprises,and the importance of the dynamic ability and its relevant strategies and tatics to build sustainable competitive advantage were put forward for construction enterprises under the new situation,That dynamic capability of construction enterprises is that company choosing the self beneficial strategic development mode based on their own situation to adapt to the complicated dynamic environment,,and to obtain,to strengthen,and to consolidate a sustainable competitive advantage.Taking NG group as an example,based on the dynamic ability analysis,NG group strategic objectives and strategic tasks were set,its strategic development path and tatics were designed,and through the three major changes in the contract mode,business model and production mode,speed up the construction of the six major systems,such as the marketing system oriented by autonomous running and management,and so on,to guarantee the NG’s developing strategy is carried out.The innovation of this paper lies in the strategy designed with fully study on the internal and external environment,analysizing the opportunities and threats company encountered,the advantages and disadvantages company possessed,and creating series of strategies and tatics of the dynamic capability establishing through management innovation,business model innovation,technological innovation and other means of continuous culture,.Meanwhile,some experiences and thinkdings would be learned by the related industry entities in the new Era.
