Research On Schedule Management Of JM Company GX Engine Development Project

In the context of the made in China 2025 era,the whole country pays much more attention to the manufacturing industry closely related to daily life than ever before.In recent years,with the sharp decline in the price of family car products,as well as the rising national living standard and disposable household annual income,the annual demand for family car increases significantly,making the Chinese mainland gradually become the world's largest automobile production and sales market.As is known to all,the engine is the core part of the car,which is as important as the human heart.Only the engine with good configuration can drive the car on the road smoothly.The engine plays a decisive role in determining important parameters such as fuel economy,power performance,environmental protection,driving comfort and safety,etc.These indicators directly determine whether the model has market competitiveness,so as to meet more and more rational consumers' increasingly demanding expectations.To build a good engine,we need not only a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,but also a good project management system to escort it.In this paper,the progress management of JM GX engine development project in which the author participates is taken as the research object,and WBS,CPM,PERT,etc.are used to draw the schedule.Propose the schedule management model,track the execution of the schedule,find the tight schedule of the actual engine product listing node,use the actual and planned progress report table to find the delay work,use the questionnaire survey method to find the cause of the work delay,and then through the resource analysis and Adjust the working logic relationship to optimize the progress,and finally use AHP to evaluate the optimization plan.Throughout the research process,the progress management theory is linked with the actual engine project,the relevant theory is analyzed to solve the practical feasibility of the actual problem,and the project development experience is summarized to provide some reference for the company and the industry's follow-up development projects.
