In order to develop the electromagnetic injector with excellent performance and provide an effective platform for the commissioning,production and maintenance of the electromagnetic injector,a test system capable of detecting the flow characteristics of the electromagnetic injector has been developed.The test system includes fuel injection system,fuel weighing system,data acquisition system and data processing system.The fuel injection system simulates the work of electronic control fuel injection system.The fuel weighing system weighs the injected fuel.The data acquisition system saves and transmits the data to the upper computer.The data processing system collates the data to get the flow characteristic curve of the electromagnetic injector.The main work completed includes:(1)The CATIA software is used to model the mechanical structure of the system,design the parts and assemble the whole system;(2)the Altium Designer software is used to design the system circuit;(3)the Labview software is used to process the obtained data.(4)The flow characteristics of electromagnetic injector for Santana 2000 car were tested by using the developed test system.The test results show that the injection rate increases steeply with the injection pulse width in the range of 1-1.5 ms,and the injection rate increases slowly with the pulse width in the range of 1.5-10 Ms.The trend is linear correlation.The delay effect of the solenoid valve in the electromagnetic injector has a great influence on the injection rate in the range of small pulse width.When the pulse width increases to a certain value,the delay effect has a great influence on the injection rate.The influence of volume tends to be stable and the flow characteristics return to linearity.The system is used to test the flow characteristics of the injector.The operation process is simple and the experimental data are reliable.
