As one of the key components of marine diesel engine high-pressure common rail system,electronic fuel injector is very important to realize real-time state monitoring of its performance.As the circulating fuel injection quantity cannot be directly observed during actual operation,a digital twin system shall be established to observe the cycle injection quantity online.Based on a digital twin model of electronic control fuel injector measurement characteristics proposed by 711 Institute and the edge computing equipment with the core of Infineon AURIXTM TC387,this paper develops the electronic control fuel injector cycle injection quantity digital twin system software,and formulates the evaluation and verification indexes of the key algorithms of the software.The signal processing algorithm of accumulator pressure signal is designed,including deburring,noise filtering,numerical unit conversion and eigenvalue extraction.Three most widely used denoising filter algorithms are selected for further study,and the influence rule of filter parameters is studied.The extraction effect of the characteristic value of the lowest point(tm,pm)of the pressure drop in the storage chamber is verified.The maximum absolute value of the characteristic value tm extraction error is not more than 0.15 ms,and the maximum standard deviation is not more than 0.1ms;The maximum extraction error rate of eigenvalue pm shall not exceed 0.4%,and the maximum standard deviation shall not exceed 0.04MPa;The filtering time shall not exceed 9ms.The characteristic value extraction algorithm of the starting point of accumulator pressure drop(t0,p0)which based on differential threshold is proposed,and the selection method of parameter differential threshold TH is researched.Validated the effect of(t0,p0)eigenvalue extraction.The maximum absolute value of extraction error of characteristic value t0 shall not exceed 0.005 ms,and the maximum standard deviation shall not exceed 0.15ms;The extraction error rate of eigenvalue p0 shall not exceed 0.2%,and the maximum standard deviation shall not exceed 0.1MPa;The filtering time shall not exceed 9ms.The accuracy and stability of eigenvalue(tm,pm),(t0,p0)extraction and the filtering time of corresponding noise reduction filter algorithm meet the application requirements.Discrete the digital twin model of electronic fuel injector cycle injection quantity and complete parameter identification.The influence of integral step on the calculation accuracy,stability and calculation time of electronic control fuel injector cycle injection Q is studied,and0.05 ms is finally determined as the optimal integral step.The verification results show that the maximum calculation error of the electronic control fuel injector cycle injection quantity Q does not exceed 7%,the standard deviation does not exceed 2.2% of the calculated value,and the maximum calculation time does not exceed 0.76 ms.The calculation accuracy,stability and calculation time of the electronic control fuel injector cycle injection quantity Q meet the application requirements.
