| In recent years,with the increase of number of vehicles,vehicle emission pollution has become increasingly serious,started by localized to the harm of environmental pollution into global pollution.At the same time,global fossil resource overexploitation leads to oil,coal and other increasingly scarce.Facing the increasingly serious environmental problem and shortage of petroleum resources gradually,fuel injection technology is used to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust pollution is imperative.The rapid development of automobile engine parts manufacturing level and the optimization of the simulation software provides a great convenience to solve the vehicle fuel consumption.Based on the internal structure characteristics of low pressure injector,a theoretical calculation model of inlet injector,the injector inlet hysteresis effect,eddy current effect,pressure drop and electromagnetic force equilibrium parameters and related parameters in the calculation and analysis.For fuel injector to single way of simulation model by using Hypermesh and Ansoft software Maxwell jointly set up simulation model of low pressure injector under different structural parameters of injector,the injector magnetic circuit simulation,simulation results shorten the fuel valve opening time,reduced the minimum voltage.Don't correspond to theoretical calculation and simulation results,the use of advanced injector test bench,injector with different lift is physical the open time and the minimum voltage measurement.The data contrast,comparison results validate the consistency of the results.In short,in this article,through the key structure parameters of the electronically controlled injector change changed the response of the injector,and improve the quality of mixture formation and combustion.Test plan has general applicability,and simulation of fuel injector research provides a new train of thought and experience,and puts forward the future research direction is inlet jet injectors,have certain reference value. |
