People’s living standards continue to improve,environmental awareness become increasingly strong.Requirements for gasoline engine on the engine energy conservation and control of pollutant emissions become increasingly stringent.Emission laws and regulations are also constantly improving.Electronically controlled injector is the core of the gasoline engine.The engine heat production efficiency,environmental protection are affected by the performance of the fuel injector.Dynamic response characteristics and flow characteristics are the most important performance of the injector,which fundamentally determine the accuracy of the fuel control system.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a detection system that can accurately detect the performance of electronic control injector and evaluate its advantages and disadvantages reasonably.In this paper,based on the study of the structure of the injector and the principle of its injection,the dynamic working process of the injector is analyzed deeply.A scheme for testing the performance of electronically controlled injector is ensured after analyzing the American automotive industry standard SAE J1832,China National Standard GB / T 25363-2010 and a number of industry standards.The dynamic response characteristics is tested by the method of testing the injector vibration signal and drive signal,more accurately.This paper completes the selection of equipment according to the test plan,and develops the core of the test system,performance test bench.A set of intelligent software is developed independently.The host computer’s software communicates with other devices and performs the required operations based on the system status monitored in real time.The software analyzes the data after it has been tested and saves the final result in the database,making the whole system more efficient and intelligent.Through the multi-test of high-resistance injector,the flow characteristics and dynamic response characteristics of the injector were successfully detected.And the opening time,closing time,dynamic flow,static flow and voltage sensitivity of the injector were obtained.After analyzing the test results,the flow fitting curve and the performance of the injector are analyzed and evaluated.It is proved that the test system has a good repeatability,according to analysis of test results and domestic and international testing standards.The precision and accuracy of the system are very high.The evaluation of result is reasonable.
