| In recent years,with the promotion of smart grid,the task of power grid construction is very heavy,and the scale,quality,efficiency and efficiency of material procurement are put forward higher requirements.The traditional bidding model can no longer meet the requirements of procurement management of power grid materials.In order to improve the management level of material procurement business,it is of great practical significance to apply electronic and informationized means to material procurement and to study electronic bidding.Taking the electronic bidding platform of H Power Grid Company as the research object,this paper collects and reads the documents and materials related to material procurement,bidding methods,bidding laws and regulations,electronic bidding management system through literature research method,and designs questionnaires for bidders,bidders and bidding evaluation experts on the application process of electronic bidding platform through questionnaire survey method.On the basis of sorting out the questionnaire survey data,this paper combs out four aspects of the electronic bidding platform which are not perfect at present.One is the degree of data utilization,the other is the depth of management content,the third is the filing method of bidding materials,and the fourth is the degree of perfection of business functions.For each of these four aspects,we set up two questionnaires with 5 items and 20 items,which are distributed to platform applicants.After collecting the data,we use SPSS software to analyze the obtained data.The questionnaire passes the reliability and validity test.Finally,we get the platform applicants’ data utilization degree,management content depth,bidding information filing method and business.The evaluation results of the degree of functional perfection.Relevance analysis and regression analysis were carried out to verify the positive correlation between the four aspects and the evaluation results of platform applicants.Finally,according to the evaluation results,further optimization suggestions and Strategies of the platform are put forward.Chapter 2 introduces the relevant theoretical basis of bidding and bidding management informationization;Chapter 3 introduces the application of electronic bidding platform of H Power Grid Company;Chapter 4 evaluates the application of electronic bidding platform of H Power Grid Company.In the fifth chapter,according to the evaluation results,four optimization and improvement strategies are put forward: one is to strengthen the use of massive data assets on the platform to effectively improve the level of material management;the other is to implement dynamic hierarchical evaluation to strengthen the management effect of supplier relationship.Thirdly,through formulating and improving the relevant system of electronic management of bidding information files,we can further realize the saving and utilization of social resources.Fourth,further optimize and improve the online payment function of the platform. |
