A Study On The Application Of Residential Design From The Perspective Of Cultural Genetics

The fast-paced life in the city makes people more and more tend to travel and vacation in the countryside and pursue the primitive and simple living state,and the rural accommodation also gets unprecedented prosperity and development,but because of the short time of development,the market positioning is different.The lack of design culture leads to the phenomenon of unclear positioning and homogenization of residential accommodation in the current market.This paper is based on the background of this era based on Xiangxi area based on the residential design research.At present,regional culture is a hot spot in residential design,while Xiangxi area has a long history of culture,rich in resources,and cultural resources are worth excavating in depth.Starting from the theory of cultural gene,this paper defines the concept connotation of cultural gene,deeply analyzes and excavates the content of Tujia cultural gene,and sums up and abstracts the cultural gene of Tujia nationality in western Hunan at different levels.The Tujia cultural gene was applied to the residential design of Zhangjiajie Mountain.Based on the design example of Zhangjiajie Mountain residential design,this paper makes an in-depth analysis,uses the cultural genes of Tujia family,takes implantation,inheritance,fusion and development,people-oriented as the design concept,and according to the emphasis on integrity,deconstructs innovation.The principle of artistic aestheticism discusses the application of cultural genes in residential design.To obtain the design elements for the purpose of cultural inheritance and guide the completion of the design practice of residential accommodation,to provide a theoretical basis for the design of residential accommodation in western Hunan,with this case as the beginning,in order to broaden the research depth of residential design.
