The rolling rotor compressor is widely used in small-displacement refrigeration equipments as window air conditions for its advantages.The rolling rotor compressor industry has developed steadily through out the world with the rapid growth of the comfort air conditioning and refrigeration equipments.In recent years,all countries in the world have paid more attention to the protection of the environment.In order to improve the ability of the energy conservation and emissions reduction,the improvement of the structure and size of the cylinder which is the important part of the compressors is needed,through which the efficiency of the compressor can be improved.Based on the theoretical analysis of motor efficiency,volumetric efficiency,mechanical efficiency and compression efficiency of compressor,an effective way to improve the efficiency of rolling rotor compressor was put forward in this thesis in order to improve the efficiency of rolling rotor compressor and reduce the energy consumption of refrigeration equipment.According to the computer simulation,the refrigerant gas flow in the compressor pump was simulated,and the refrigerant leakage at each clearance was calculated.It is determined to reduce the radial clearance of the sleeve by reducing the height of the compressor cylinder,so as to reduce the leakage of refrigerant gas in the pump body and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.At the same time,the influence was analyzed and verified by material thermal expansion theory,computer simulation,cylinder deformation test,pump temperature rise test and so on.The feasibility of using improved cylinder to improve compressor efficiency was analyzed by using compressor sample performance comparison test.Through theoretical analysis and relevant tests,it can be concluded that reducing the gas leakage of the compressor pump body,especially the radial clearance leakage of the roller sleeve,is of great significance for improving the compressor efficiency.Reducing the cylinder height of the compressor is the most direct and effective way to reduce the radial clearance leakage of the sleeve.Since the blade groove is an asymmetric structure inside the cylinder,reducing the height of the cylinder is bound to have a significant impact on the cylinder blade groove.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the design of pump body clearance timely according to the simulation and test results,so as to avoid excessive deformation that the clearance of pump body parts cannot meet the relative motion conditions,whereas resulting in increased friction loss,increased compressor power,or even locked compressor body.
