| Since the noise of the compressor restricts the noise level of household appliances,and the rolling rotor compressor has a complex structure and precise connection,there are many noise sources :part of the noise is generated inside the compressor,and the response can be generated without external mechanical energy input;Part of the noise is due to external excitation response,making the problem of noise reduction in compressors has become the focus and difficulty faced by related manufacturers in recent years.Therefore,establishing a suitable method to evaluate the noise impact caused by each excitation source of the compressor and to improve the comfort brought by the compressor during use is the key point for the quality upgrade of home appliances.In view of this,this article combines the related theories of physical acoustics and psychoacoustics to explore the objective parameters of sound quality and its characteristic laws applicable to the noise characteristics of compressors;and based on the concept of passive noise control,through the computer-aided optimization design method(CAO)in Isight The multi-objective optimization platform integrates COMSOL multi-physics simulation analysis software and MATLAB software,and establishes a multi-objective optimization scheme for the noise and sound quality of mechanical equipment with a large number of internal noise sources,transmission paths(TP)interfering with each other,and complex structures.,Improve the acoustic environment of users when using the corresponding equipment,and provide reference and reference for improving the user’s comfort in product design.This article first explores the vibration and sound characteristics of the rolling rotor compressor in the full frequency range.Starting from the research on the excitation of the rolling rotor compressor noise,through the physical fields of multi-body dynamics,fluidsolid coupling,etc.,relying on finite element simulation to expand the coupling loading of different excitations to the compressor,and analyze the vibration and sound characteristics of the compressor under physical acoustics,Explore the influence frequency band and main action position of different excitations,and obtain the corresponding data of physical acoustics required for the development of psychoacoustic research.Secondly,the theory of sound quality in psychoacoustics is introduced,and the objective parameter evaluation system of sound quality suitable for compressors is explored.By comparing the subjective perception of compressor noise to the human ear and the understanding of different psychoacoustic concepts,the objective parameters of sound quality applicable to the compressor are determined,the near-field sound quality change model of the compressor is established,and the corresponding objective parameters are calculated.Analyze the compressor’s near-field sound quality characteristics.Finally,based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,the optimization design of the sound quality of the rolling rotor compressor is launched.Take the optimization design of the compressor’s outer shell as an example,through the Isight multi-objective optimization software integration platform,by changing the corresponding design variables,the sound pressure level data obtained by the COMSOL multi-physics analysis is obtained,and the obtained sound pressure level data is passed through MATLAB After the software is processed,the objective parameters of the compressor’s sound quality are converted,and the above steps are repeated until the result meets the optimization goal.This design process not only provides guidance for the optimization design of compressor,but also has certain reference and application value for other similar mechanical equipment product design. |
