Abstract/Summary:
Rolling rotor compressor is widely used due to its compacted structure, reliableperformance and high efficiency volume. It is an important part of air conditioning, and itsoperating efficiency will directly affect the performance of air conditioning. With theintroduction of alternative refrigerants schedules, a series of studies have been performed tolooking for the alternative refrigerants. Based on such a background, this paper studied theloss of leakage of rolling rotor compressor and analyze the volumetric efficiency ofdifferent refrigerants used in rolling piston compressor. Based on this theme, weperformed the following studies:This paper analyzes the physical properties of different refrigerants based on theliteratures and software analysis. Considering the special requirements of the compressorlubricants, this paper selected the suitable lubricants for the rotary compressor dependingon the different properties of each refrigerant.Different refrigerants have different working pressure and temperature. This paperdesigned a reasonable structure size for the compressor according to the analysis ofproperties of each refrigerant and made some optimization about the suction mode andnoise control of the compressor. The leakage quantity strongly affect the volumetric efficiency of the compressor andthe leakage of the compressor is not same for different refrigerants with different gap sizes. This paper first analyzes the leakage mechanism of compressor through different channels, and then write the program for different leaking channels by C language which is used tocalculate the amount of leakage of refrigerant in the different leakage channels, followingthis, this paper collect the data and finally to obtain a volumetric efficiency of differentrefrigerants. Compared with the present volumetric efficiency of compressor, we verifiedthe feasibility and effectiveness of the program algorithm. The paper tried to optimize theprogram continually which has important effects on the future study of alternativerefrigerants.
