Through the analysis of residents’ complaints,we can see that the complaints about noise in social life are nearly 60%,which far exceeds the noise pollution caused by construction,industry and transportation.With the improvement of living standards,people’s requirements for household appliances are no longer just cheap and energy-saving,and its comfort has gradually become an important indicator of choice.As a large manufacturing country,China has production bases for many companies’ home appliances in China.Especially air conditioning compressors,our production in the world accounts for up to 70%.As the core of air conditioning,compressor is one of its important noise sources,which requires researchers to take the vibration and noise of compressor into the design index.Based on this,this paper takes air conditioning rolling rotor compressor as the research object,carries on the mechanical analysis,simulation and experimental verification,systematically studies the vibration and noise of this kind of compressor,and puts forward the effective vibration and noise reduction measures.Its specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,through the mechanical analysis of the compressor crankshaft,the vibration of the crankshaft is reduced by adjusting the quality of the balance block.Secondly,the SolidWorks software was used to establish the compressor structure model,and the main vibration frequencies of the crankshaft,valve plate and shell were simulated by Simcenter software to prevent the occurrence of resonance.Secondly,ANSYS software is used to simulate the fluid,and it is found that the sudden change of the diameter of the flow hole can effectively prevent some noise propagation.Then JMAG software is used to improve the stator and rotor structure of the motor,and the distortion rate is used to reduce the noise.Finally,by referring to the acoustic structure,vibration and noise reduction can be achieved by changing the stiffness of the foot pad and the height of the foot frame,increasing the number of muffler covers,increasing the damping structure and increasing the external load.Specifically,changing the stiffness of the foot pad and the height of the foot frame can not only absorb part of the vibration,but also reduce the center of gravity to increase the stability of the system;Increase the number of muffler cover,so that the noise through different media materials to reduce energy transmission,increase the refraction and reflection conditions,so as to reduce the noise;Damping structure is added to convert part of the vibration of the system into heat energy dissipation and reduce vibration and noise.The external load is increased to center the center of gravity of the whole system and reduce the vibration of the system.
