In recent years,with the growing popularity of otlis to our country,Oteri J's business model has gradually differentiated from the original single big box model-the model of the oograph shopping village,although this model has grown mature in the world,especially in the United States,Europe,Japan and other regions,but in China It is still in the exploratory stage,and the relevant design guidance literature is scarce.Different from other business models,the ograph shopping village has its own characteristics in various aspects,such as business positioning,location and other aspects.If a more systematic theoretical guidance is available,it will play a certain role in promoting the development of our country's ograph shopping village.From the beginning of the concept of the shopping village,this paper analyzes the evolution process and design concept of the shopping village,and then analyzes the development of the ograph shopping village and its development trend both at home and abroad,and finds out some of the shortcomings of the development of our country.This paper summarizes the general rules of the design of the ograph shopping village in China through the analysis and induction of several actual cases at home and abroad,and collate a complete set of theoretical system for the design of the ograph shopping village according to these rules.Finally,it is verified by a practical project that I personally participated in to prove the scientific nature of the system.The article mainly takes the overall layout of the shopping village as the main research object,and discusses the two problems of the characteristics of the ograph shopping village in the layout of the overall structure and the role of the external public space in the shopping village.The building of the shopping village as a whole,less involved in the interior of the building function space arrangement,will focus on the design principles and characteristics of the general pattern.This article is devoted to the study of a more comprehensive design theory system for the ograph shopping village,hoping to provide some help to the designers of the ograph shopping village in the future,and also to promote the faster and better development of the ograph shopping village in China.
