| Nowadays,impacted by the age of the Internet,electronic products emerge in endlessly,all kinds of activities in the people’s daily behavior and therefore the change,such as shopping,reading,communication,etc.In order to match the new way of life and the increasing material and spiritual needs,space of the building are also quietly to upgrade.In such an era,people’s living behavior tightly around the cell phones,computers and other mobile terminals,never leave home can realize the all-encompassing life experience,is one of the largest behavior affected:Consumer behavior.People’s consumption pattern from the traditional entity shop shopping tO entertainment,communication,recreation,shopping as one of the "diversity"experiential consumption.It has a higher requirement on the function of the large shopping center,will inspire large shopping center in China to seek development and change constantly."Diversity" of consumption experience inevitably derivative of all kinds of new space,but if they achieve the desired vision and match the people a new way of life?By the public into a new type of shopping center,the overall seems very busy,but there is still a certain space will not be ignored;Others also based on the concept of the freshmen live after shopping centre opened but lack of popularity,all kinds of space in idle state.Therefore,from the perspective of consumers’first to perceive the relationship between the space and the demand is particularly important.This article will select the new large shopping center in shenzhen,referencing the theory of“POE”,from the perspective of consumer,to research the "outdoor commercial space" by“POE”.I will try to analyze the deficiency in built environment,to summarize the advice and feedback to the corresponding design.This article will be to shenzhen two representative large shopping center(CRC heaven and earth,huaqiang north nine square shopping center)"outdoor commercial space" for“POE”research.First of all,from the carding of field exploration and for both materials,have a more clear understanding of the object and methods;Secondly,according to the prophase ready to confirm the“interest points"of this evaluation research.With"interest points"can clear after the research content,so as to build a model suitable for research object;Through the field data collection(interview,questionnaire,observation,video)to investigate the usage of the object of study in detail,understand the user’s satisfaction and demand,analysis summarizes the behavior characteristics of the users in the building;Finally,according to the specific evaluation results and comparative analysis of two shopping center,summed up the relevant suggestions for improvement. |
