Tangka is one of the forms of Xixia culture and art.It is an ancient visual language with unique artistic characteristics.It inherits and develops the Buddhist art and culture forms in the Central Plains,and integrates a large number of Tibetan Buddhist art and culture content,and strives to highlight the national cultural characteristics,showing a pluralistic artistic style.Its form,expression and shape characteristics not only convey the aesthetic ideas of the Xixia nationality,but also reflect the cultural connotation of the Xixia nationality.The precipitation of time accumulated the connotation of Xixia Tangka art and culture,but with the development of time,it also took away the glory of Xixia Tangka art.Under the impact of modem culture,Xixia Tangka art and culture gradually became unfamiliar,and its cultural fault is one of the inevitable problems under the development of modern trend.This paper summarizes the history and development of Tangka art in Xixia,summarizes its artistic characteristics,and analyses the application of Tangka art in cultural and creative products.Taking the aesthetic characteristics of Tangka in Xixia as the breakthrough point,this paper innovates the design thinking,transforms the "theocratic" thinking to "humanitarianism",and transforms its graphic form,color language and lines.Use for learning and reference.Based on the art and culture of Tangka in Xixia Dynasty,it combines with modern fashion aesthetics and applies them to cultural and creative products,trying different types and styles of expression.Following the trend of the development of modern cultural and creative products,we are committed to summarizing the design ideas and design methods of cultural and functional creative products.
