Quality cost is the sum of all the expenses paid to achieve and maintain a specific quality level in the production and operation activities,and all the losses incurred due to failure to meet the established quality standards.With the rapid development of assembly building in China,a large number of prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises have been established all over the country.At present,the main problem facing China's Prefabricated enterprises is low productivity and poor efficiency.Combining with the production characteristics of prefabricated component enterprises and constructing the quality cost model of prefabricated component enterprises from the perspective of DMAIC,this paper promotes the organic combination of prefabricated component enterprises and the improvement of Six Sigma DMAIC,and provides a theoretical basis for quantitatively studying the effect of prefabricated component enterprises after implementing DMAIC improvement,and then improves the efficiency of prefabricated component enterprises.And promote the development of fabricated buildings.On the basis of absorbing the quality cost theory and Six Sigma DMAIC improvement theory,this paper constructs the quality cost model combining with the characteristics of prefabricated component enterprises.The content of this paper is divided into two parts:The first part is the analysis of the quality cost composition.Firstly,the defects of the quality cost composition of prefabricated component enterprises are analyzed from the traditional quality cost perspective,and then the quality of prefabricated component enterprises from the perspective of DMAIC is analyzed according to the specific content of DMAIC improvement and the production characteristics of prefabricated component enterprises.The cost structure has been studied in detail.The second part is the construction and empirical analysis of the quality cost model from the perspective of DMAIC.Firstly,the quality cost model of prefabricated component enterprises from the perspective of DMAIC is constructed based on the unequal interval GM(1,1)theory,and then an improved model based on cumulative method is proposed to solve the shortcomings of its parameters.Finally,according to the actual situation of the implementation of DMAIC improvement in WR prefabricated component enterprises,the actual quality cost data are collected according to the research results of the first part,and the forecasting accuracy of quality cost model based on unequal interval GM(1,1)and improved unequal interval GM(1,1)under the traditional DMAIC perspective is compared and analyzed.Three models are used to predict the reasons for the difference in level.Based on the cumulative method,this paper constructs the quality cost model of prefabricated component enterprises from the perspective of DMAIC.The average relative error is 0.00661,the posterior error ratio is 0.00571,and the precision of the model is grade one.The construction of this model provides a theoretical basis for quantitatively studying the effect of DMAIC improvement in prefabricated component enterprises,and plays a positive role in solving the current low productivity and poor efficiency of prefabricated component enterprises.
