| With the improvement of people’s life quality and value levels of the state on energy conservation and environmental protection, Winter heating in urban centralized heat supplying system with its heating concentration, bigger size, easy to control, high heating efficiency, saving energy and decreasing pollution gets more and more favour of people. The central heating system has been the symbol of the city modernization.Compared with western developed countries, however, our country still exist some problems in terms of central heating. For heating quality of the central heating system, hydraulic imbalance is obvious; but in terms of energy conservation and emissions reduction, energy use is not reasonable, the energy waste problem is prominent.Under the situation of the problem to the attention of the society from all walks of life to central heating pipe network optimization is very important to ensure the heating quality and save energy. Central heating pipe network optimization generally includes layout optimization, design optimization and operation optimization.This article is mainly in the aspect of operation adjustment method for central heating pipe network, make it can not only meet the demand of heating user but also maximize energy saving.For the problems of hydraulic disorder and energy wasting of central heating system, this article divides the whole heating period into two stages from the macro, named quality adjustment phase and quantity adjustment phase, and according to the basic formula of the central heating and find the corresponding outdoor temperature of the joint of quality and quantity adjustment and make it piecewise standards. Central heating medium is studied in detail in this paper, and analysis of the factors impact on the quantity adjustment phase help to determine the minimum flow. Variable frequency speed control technology used in quantity adjustment phase based on the analysis of the energy saving principle of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of pressure difference control and temperature difference control, from the angle of operation optimization adjustment and the largest energy saving potential, this article puts forward variable temperature difference control method, namely, this article carries out on the backwater temperature control based on the flow control system of temperature.According to the characteristics of time-varying delay of temperature control system, in this paper, the control algorithm is studied. On the analysis of the conventional PID control is simple but relatively poor adaptability of operation condition and Smith control has the characteristics such as lag compensation but is sensitive to parameter change join the Fuzzy control,because it has good adaptability. Smith-Fuzzy-PID controller is designed with MATLAB/simulink. The controller combines the advantages of the above three kinds of control algorithm for central heating backwater temperature real-time control.Not only guarantee the heating quality of heating users, but also save the energy to a certain extent.Least square method is applied in this article, meanwhile, use the date of the end of the central heating in a heat exchanger station in changchun to build a modeling and use the single neuron adaptive PID control for the simulation, the simulation results show that before and after the time-varying the single neuron adaptive PID control effect is good, the method is feasible and effective. |
