Based On The Industrial Heritage Of Zhengzhou Second Wheel Mill For Youth Community Design Research

With the advancement of urbanization,some historical buildings gradually lose their original functions,and people's life concepts and ways will change with the development of society.Buildings also need to adapt to the needs of users in different periods.Therefore,while adapting to The Times,industrial sites are either actively or passively renovatin g and transforming.The whole process of building life cycle is a process of constantly adapting to new needs,constantly updating its own space environment,and organically growing on this basis.As the best carrier of human memory,the protection of historical buildings is the respect for history.With the re-recognition and excavation of the past,how to protect,transform and reuse the existing industrial sites is the main problem facing us at present.In this paper,the Zhengzhou second our how to transform a youth community research,system of old factories at home and abroad are summarized in the aspect of the transformation,the refresh experience,from the industrial sites at the same time transformation and youth related theory to analysis the characteristics of community construction and design.The plan mainly includes the preliminary analysis of the project,the re-planning and layout of the factory,the design and analysis of the landscape,and then the study on the housing demand and lifestyle of the young people,so as to extract the design plan of the indoor space transformation of the factory building.Finally,the second grinding wheel factory of Zhengzhou was transformed into a youth community.
